Leonards corporate experience ranges from Executive management, eBusiness strategy consultant, to creative director positions for medium to larger organizations. In 2001 Len was creative director of Bizbuyer.com where he oversaw the design and development of one of the largest b2b portals online. At Bizbuyer Inc., he was coached and led by the Internet veteran, CEO and entrepreneur business mastermind, Bernard Louvat, President and CEO of Touch Commerce. He also worked directly for the Loyalty marketing expert, Donna Boesky Mastropasqua, CEO and Founder of Perks.com, and EcoPerks.com, and Ronald Frankel, President and CEO of Synacor and Founder of MGM Interactive Division (Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Inc). Len worked as the eBusiness creative strategy consultant for Infogain Corporation, where he provided the creative strategy for offices located in Seattle, San Francisco, San Jose, Los Gatos, and Irvine. While at Infogain, he also provided eBusiness Integration and ECRM consulting to larger companies (1,000 employees and over). Len has also been retained as lead creative director and creative consultant for one of the largest entertainment companies in the world.

Leonard Morales is also a fine artist, he continues to expand his large format collection of both fine art and photography. His unique, impressionistic and figurative exploration through various mediums has intensified his creativity and the refinement of a unique style that's unmarked, and conveys his serenity within. His work is inspired by his spirituality, travels and surroundings.
